Personal training is different for every person. We bring together diverse groups of fitness-focused individuals and provide individualized training in a group environment. You get the motivation and energy of a group workout, with the direct instruction you need at a personal level. Join any of our classes and immerse yourself in a fun, exciting, energizing environment, and get the results you want.

  • Functional Strength: Get an individual workout done in a small group of six people or fewer. We strive to correct muscular imbalance, create optimal mobility and range of motion, improve core strength, and use progressions/regressions of basic strength patterns to improve your balance, coordination and strength.
  • 30-Minute Circuit Strength: Our 30-Minute Circuit Strength Class uses the same movements as our functional strength program, but weaves them together in a challenging new format that will improve conditioning and whole-body strength so you can play longer. 
  • Primal Strength: Our Primal Strength class uses natural human movement to build strength, increase mobility, and improve conditioning. We will practice skills like crawling, walking, running, squatting, jumping, climbing, balancing, lifting and carrying—foundational movements that are fundamental inhuman existence.

This is your opportunity to have one of our strength coaches all to yourself for the entire training session! It’s a great opportunity for you to ask questions and for us to personalize your workout, to address your most pressing needs.
