It’s why Advantage Personal Training offers virtual personal training. We’re available when you are, to provide the one-on-one fitness consultations, guidance and encouragement you need to stick to your plan and reach your goals. 

  • We offer live, streaming classes for anyone who can’t attend in-person, whether due to health or mobility restrictions. You’ll get the same camaraderie as our classes, without the pressure to rearrange your schedule. 
  • Virtual personal training is a great option for those who need check-ins and general encouragement to keep them on-track. Whether you’re exercising multiple times each week with us or you’re in the gym every day, virtual training is a great way to get personalized feedback on your journey.
  • Get answers to your questions! Virtual access to a trainer gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you forget during classes, and encourages you to open a dialogue with your trainer. Our goal is to help you realize that your health is as much a priority for us as it is for you!
