FOUNDATIONAL STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT

Advantage Strength & Conditioning was founded to train youth hockey players and help them develop the strength, conditioning and dexterity needed to succeed on the ice. Since then, we’ve branched out to include all types of activities across the spectrum of youth sports. From kids aged 9-12 all the way up to collegiate athletes, we customize training programs to help them excel at their given sport. 

  • We strive to help young athletes create a foundation for movement efficiency and performance throughout life, starting with basic essential elements of physical development.
  • Our Foundational Strength program is based on a curriculum of games, challenges and physical problem-solving that encourage kids to move better and more often. We will run, jump, skip, crawl, climb, carry, throw, dodge and tag to build a solid connection between the brain and body.
  • Our welcoming environment helps get kids excited about fitness and gives them an optimistic outlook on physical activity. We want them to be excited about exercise and to take a serious approach to making movement part of their daily life—whether it’s sports-specific training or just for play.

NOT JUST FOR ATHLETES

Kids don’t need to be athletes to be welcome at Advantage Strength & Conditioning. Any kid can find their roots here! Our goal is to take a progressive journey with young kids, through their prime development and into their collegiate years, engraining the importance of physical activity every step of the way. Parents, you’re welcome too! Fit families are happy families, and it’s easy to set the example when everyone feels good about exercise, eating and fitness.
