When it comes to exercise, diet, or any other good habits in your life, being consistent is much more important that going through bouts of intensity.
You've heard stories of people who try restrictive diets and fail after a few months because it's just not sustainable. Others go from no activity to intense workouts at the gym, only to find themselves sidelined by injury within a few weeks.
These are just a couple of cases where a less intense, more consistent effort would likely give you better results.
On this episode of the FLF, I'd like to first and foremost 27 weeks (over half a year) of podcast episodes being released every Tuesday. That's a kind of consistency that I don't have in other parts of my life, so I give myself a virtual pat on the back for that.
And that leads me to share some stories about what consistency can do for you in your life, whether it be in your exercise routine, diet, or your daily schedule.
